What they wanted
Financial commentator Bill Fleckenstein was transitioning from author for a well-known online investment magazine to launching his own website. Would his readers follow? And could we make the technical side efficient and easy?
What we did
We set up a test site to gauge readers interest using online polls. From that feedback, we helped launch a subscription-based service with a daily commentary, daily Q&A, search engine, CMS, automated subscription, recurring billing, and customer administration. We continue to manage customer support and add additional site features as needed.
